Our mission is to protect and care for the overall eye health of as many people as possible. Our hope is that our rewards program will help us carry out this mission with new patients while reducing the price tag of eyewear in the process.
HOW TO MAKE A REFERRAL
1.
Tell a friend who is not currently a patient about Full Circle Vision Care.*
2.
Have them either turn in a completed Referral Certificate or mention your name at the time of their appointment.
3.
After their exam, $20 will be credited to both of your accounts.**
4.
Refer more friends to receive additional credits!***
*A referral will only be counted if that person has never had an appointment at Full Circle Vision Care in the past.
**The $20 credit can only be used on eyewear or eyewear accessories purchased at Full Circle Vision Care and expires after 1 year.
***You will receive an extra $20 credit for each person you refer.
